Take a tour through the facilities of some of our satisfied customers. You can read about the solutions we developed for their facilities.
This customer desired a system where they could load kitchen and bath parts and apply lacquers to them. It is known as a ring line where the parts are loaded once and continue around until all desired processes are performed until completion where the parts are unloaded.
The system is capable of applying clear coats to the front and backs of the products being conveyed. The operators load parts and the machine sands and seals the front and then they are cured, proceed through a flipper where they are turned over automatically, the machine sands and seals the backs and then they are cured. Then the parts continue around until the machine sands and sprays the final lacquer coat onto the back and it is then cured and conveys around flipped and returned for the front side final sand and lacquer. Then the parts convey to the unload station where operators stack them up for final assembly.
The process is capable of coating 20 or so houses of cabinet parts in one shift using four operators. It fits into a footprint of 120 feet by 20. It operates at 28 FPM.
