The U-Turn Return Conveyor provides a positive flow of products by means of a belt, driven by tapered pulleys. This conveyor is very versatile in that it can convey a large variety of parts—including those too short for other turns.
The U-Turn Return Conveyor is typically used for connecting two parallel portions of your automated finishing system so the parts are conveyed back to the beginning. The belt has an endless splice; no lacing interferes with the surface finish of the parts being conveyed. The belt has a black monofilament PVC top with a urethane guide strip.
