The Automatic Packet Flipper is an ideal alternative to traditional hand flipping of parts and is an integral part of a continuous production line. The parts are conveyed through the flipper on urethane-covered rolls. Parts are stopped and gently lifted from the rolls by foam-covered clamping bars. The entire mechanism rotates 180 degrees and sets the parts onto the other set of rolls.
Typically, the addition of an Automatic Packet Flipper relieves two operators for utilization elsewhere in the factory. It also eliminates possible repetitive motion injuries. Typical uses are for flipping interior doors, drawer fronts, and kitchen cabinet doors.
