The Rotary Panel Deduster removes loose debris and particles from the surface of parts prior to their entry into a spray machine. As parts move on a conveyor under the deduster, a sensor detects them and turns on the rotary blowers. The blowers blast high-velocity air onto the surface—causing the particles to become airborne. The dust-extraction hood collects the particles, leaving the parts ready for coating.
