The UVC Lineal Curing Tunnel is a self-contained enclosure that uses high-intensity UV light. It cures UV coatings on long parts conveying though the tunnel linearly, or end to end. Multiple lamps are arranged within the enclosure to expose all surfaces of the parts; this ensures complete curing every time. A lower lamp is designed at the infeed of the tunnel to cure the bottom of parts before they even touch the conveyor belt. Each lamp is individually adjustable for precise positioning. Parts are conveyed through the tunnel using a UV-resistant mesh conveyor belting for improved belt life.

Power supplies for each lamp are integrated into the machine frame to reduce overall footprint. Each lamp is adjustable to three levels of intensity and is monitored from the integrated control panel. The cooling system is provided to ensure optimum temperature to maximize lamp life.
