The LSF600 Linear Stock Feeder combines a belt conveyor with heavy-duty pinch wheels, upper guides, and fences. It accurately delivers "butted" parts to the vacuum coater application chamber.
The LSF600 Linear Stock Feeder can be also used as a hopper feeder or a transition conveyor from other equipment like the HTL-800 Feed Table. Attachment parts create a hopper that can be stacked up to a 70 lb. limit with variable lengths.
Design Features
- The belt is non-marking PVC rough top for a positive grip and long wear
- The pinch rolls are tough 60-durometer urethane mounted on a fully-adjustable "spring" mount
- An AC variable-speed drive provides infinitely variable speed through its range
- The fences may be center-line or fixed-edge
- Controls usually include components for vacuum-coater operation and adjustments
