Functional Description

The HTL-800 Feed Table is a heavy-duty linear drive system for feeding machines such as moulders or sanders. It has the power to feed at speeds of over 600 FPM while being gentle enough not to damage delicate moulded profiles. It is an all-electric version of typical old-fashioned feed tables which rely on messy hydraulic feeding systems while taking advantage of the newest generation of ACVS controlled motors.

The driven lower rolls are replaceable urethane wheels for positive traction and acceleration. The upper wheels are a soft durometer urethane to provide gentle pressure and non-marking feed.

The HTL-800 Feed Table features a heavy, square tube steel-constructed base with polymer drive chains. It includes a fixed fence, adjustable speed controls, and urethane or steel lower drive wheels. The operator station has push-button controls at shoulder height. This allows for quick adjustment to the feed control while being out of the way of moving parts.
