Functional Description
The HTLE Transfer is a heavy-duty feed lateral-to-linear transfer machine. It has the power to accelerate moulding moving laterally to a linear direction at speeds of over 600 FPM. It is gentle enough not to damage delicate moulded profiles. It is an all-electric version of typical old-fashioned feed tables which rely on messy hydraulic feeding systems while taking advantage of the newest generation of ACVS controlled motors.
The driven lower rolls are replaceable urethane wheels for positive traction and acceleration. The upper wheels are a soft durometer urethane for gentle pressure and non-marking feed. The HTLE Transfer will unload your lateral oven and send the parts to additional linear processes such as second coats, burnishing, or packaging. |
