The Unload/Bundling Station is a chain conveyor attached to the ACRT unit. It conveys the product in a slow and contained manner for unloading and/or bundling at an unloading station point in your process line.

The Unload/Bundling Station is one option of the end of the line where the process requires a bundling area. The parts are conveyed laterally until they arrive onto UHMW-covered arms. They can then be lifted into covered cradles and bumped against the end stop to create even bundles. Strapping, wrapping, or banding can then take place.

Because the Unload/Bundling Station has its own power source, its speed is controlled separately from the conveyor input line speeds feeding it. The Unload/Bundling Station is equipped with unload platforms. These hold the product temporarily, allowing unload personnel time to handle it.
